Great place for quality beer. A tad overpriced comparative to like places in different areas, but the selection is fantastic. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because of their hideous wing rule. I was literally told if I ordered 8 or 16 wings I could not share them with my date. I'm buying food. You can't tell me who's allowed to eat what..... So the business lost out on a wing sale, and the waitress missed out on a bigger tip that a larger bill would bring. Lose/lose situation...

This place has an awesome setting with a fantastic beer selection on tap. A great tavern look. These guys also have a nice menu to pick from. Popcorn maker to help yourself to.

Excellent selection of beers in an eccentric atmosphere. Awesome patio out back during the warmer months. Also love their Sunday brunch ... home fries are best I've ever had.

Great place to go for some bar grub and I bet their other food is great too! .We got the nachos with pulled pork and wings in two flavors (jerked and sweet thai chili) and they were delicious (and waaaaay too much food for two people)! Pair that with some alcoholic drinks and a nice relaxed atmosphere and it was a perfect date night. We waited for about 45 minutes to get seated, but they had places to sit and enjoy a drink and the time went by quickly so we didnt mind at all. We are definitely going again!

DEF WORTH STOPPING!!!Very cool nostalgia bar/dining atmosphere inside. Menu has a wide variety to choose from, and the wings are to die for! The flight beer is good and the beer on tap is great. Very cool dining experience. Friendly staff and bar tenders.During the summer, the outside it’s set up like a beach theme so enjoy the summer and the beach 🏖 (minus the water 💦) Great music and great time!

Visited this bar to help cheer up a friend, and honestly, the bar did a lot of the work for me. Great atmosphere. Great people. Great food. Highly recommend it.

Came for beer fest, massive selection of Connecticut craft brew. Great atmosphere, attentive staff, good food, average price for Pub.$$ rateing, but this is Connecticut, and somewhat a college area also.Easy to get to, good parking, well worth a night out and support local business.

Great selection of beer on tap. Loved seeing so many CT and NE breweries on the list. Friendly staff, great service. Food was from decent to excellent. Fried appetizers were okay, buffalo shrimp was excellent. BBQ brisket sandwich and tater tots were perfect.

One of the best hard-working taps I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in a lot of bars and taps over the last 60 years. The remodeling is outstanding! Incredible Decour, and the food is outstanding. They highly upgraded there kitchen so when they bring the food out, it’s fresh and hot food which is very important to a customer. Obviously the beer is excellent! You have 50 our more choices! I strongly suggest you try it, and make your own decision. My favorite, the Philly steak sandwich, the wings, and of course the nachos! Best nachos on earth! Bring your staff there for lunch, or just go with friends and relax. It’s great!

Never a bad experience. Beers are cold, wings are spicy, and the ambiance never fails. Love the outdoor area when the weather is warm.

Foods fun, but it can be very noisy. Wait staff can be odd at times. Had a rather rowdy patron invade my personal space and try to prod a conflict, but that's sometime just what you get

I have heard great things about this place and had to check it out. Extremely friendly and informative staff that will engage in conversation and offer any tips or advice in food and beer selection. Beer selection is extensive and offers plenty of options. We had the nachos for the table and I had "brunch" which was really tasty.

Great Renovations! Kept the charm of what makes Eli's a special spot in Middletown Ct. They have improved the furnishings and have a more open design which in my opinion is best for the crowds they draw! Excellent food and beer! I do reccomend, especially they are one of a few bars that stocks Maine Beer Company in town!
